Vintage 9ct gold ring set with garnets, UK size N-N.5, US 7

A rather striking vintage 9 ct yellow gold ring set with the prettiest of garnets, four ovals surrounding one central round cut garnet in a stylised flower design. The garnets are beautifully faceted and lustrous as only garnets can be, the ring is hallmarked 1978.
